World Thinking Day

The World Thinking Day celebrations during our Centenary year have been an exciting national festival of performing arts hosted simultaneously by all of Girlguiding UK’s Countries and Regions. These festivals, called One World One Beat, included a series of inspiring workshop-based events for girls and young women on the theme of world performing arts.

Thinking Day venues were linked via satellite enabling each one to see what is happening at other events as well as workshop highlights from the other venues. View the footage of the link up and the regional events.
