Due to the Icelandic volcanic ash, the group were unable to
return to the UK when they were expecting to and while they were
waiting for the 'dust to settle' spent some time in Texas, where
they made friends and were event mentioned in the local
press.

What is it?
From coast to country, volcanoes to rainforests, Costa Rica has
everything – rafting, trekking, horse riding, surfing and even
rainforest zip wires. Throw in the remarkably diverse flora and
fauna (including howler monkeys, toucans, iguanas and turtles),
stunning land and seascapes, and best of all the genuine warmth of
the local people, and you have a unique experience to celebrate the
Centenary.

Members aged 14 to 25.
