What is it?
Walk in the
Swedish Arctic tundra before the snow arrives and experience the
remoteness of the glacial Arctic mountains.
Observe the deer and elks in their own habitats whilst walking
between traditional wooden huts, where you will cook and sleep,
whilst meeting walkers from different cultures along the way. Fly
out of the mountains by helicopter to Nikkaluokta then take an
overnight train to Stockholm for two days of sightseeing. An
unforgettable experience.

Members aged 16
plus.

What else do I need to
know?
Medium level of walking fitness is required. Huts
are clean and well equipped with log-burning fires and some have
saunas but there is no running water and no electricity.
